We hire when the person fits — not when a job ad happens to be online. That is why a speculative application is not a fallback here, it is the normal route.
What we are looking for
We work on large infrastructures for the public sector and industry, on IT security and compliance, and on our own products around local AI. You may be a good fit with experience in:
- Cloud and platform architecture (private and public cloud, Kubernetes, GitOps)
- Enterprise architecture, migration planning, e-government
- IT security, IAM, ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 / BSI IT-Grundschutz
- Software development, ideally around local AI and data processing
- Research and development in publicly funded joint projects
You do not need all of it. What matters more is that you want to dig into a topic and enjoy explaining what you do.
